UNable to trade

So I am a LONG time PTCGO user, I have never been able to trade since they re-did the game. Symptoms:

On the main page, the items wanted and the other trading one (I forget) are greyed out
ON the top bar, the trading icon is greyed out
I can get into the trade screen form somehwere else in the app, but nothing ever loads.

Have you logged into your account on Pokemon.com and checked your privacy settings? Thats the only thing I can think of that would need to be checked. Make sure everything is enabled, and if it still doesnt work submit a support ticket at Pokemon.com and go from there.

yep - was privacy settings, its my childs account, so I had to do it on my login as their linked
