This deck is awesome. it uses level x's to pew pew.

Strategy: set up level x's and attack.

Truth be, with the fact that your running 12 basics, 4 being VITAL to your deck theme, the fact that your not running 4 great balls and 4 rossanne's is a sin. Why waste celios on the basics when you can use them for the lvl X's.

I'd also try Weville's and moonlights in here, lets every pokemon in the deck abuse darkrai, and with moonlights, you might be able to set up all 3 X in the same turn. It also allows you to pick whoever you want to be active, regardless of who they pick for palkia to be up, and gives you an option to put some major damage on dusknoirs an almost garentee a 1 shot kill on banette ( a huge factor with cresselia taking 2 prizes).

How consistant is it? It seems like it wouldn't be.
But seeing the mess of lines reminds me of a deck a run myself: Useing Weavile and Darkrai Lv.X as a power-up. Palkia lv.X is tech with monlight stadium for total control.

-Call is better than Pachi, if you even need either
-Either take Darkrai out, or add in a good Weavile line
-Unless you get Weavile and moonlight in there, 1-1 Palkia would be suficiant. Even if you do, 1-1 can still be concidered.
