Unlimited question…
It is written on Mysterious Fossil that "If Mysterious Fossil is KO, it doesn't count as a KO Pokémon".
Then D&P comes and say:
Fossil Cards
Beginning with the Diamond & Pearl expansion, when a Fossil card is Knocked Out, it is treated as a
Pokémon that has been Knocked Out, so a Prize card is drawn. If a Fossil card is discarded from play
rather than Knocked Out, no Prize card is drawn.
I am unsure whether the rule change concerns the fossils printed after the rule change or also the fossils printed before. So in short:
With D&P Rule Changes in mind, if my Mysterious Fossil is KO, does my opponent take a Prize?
