Unlimited: Suicune/Blastoise

    Returning after long break to my treasured unlimited format.
    I am very unfamiliar with all DP and later EX sets.
    Used to play Sneasle mindgames, though he seems to weak for dp pokemon

    Meta: Have only observed some sort of Groudon/Rhyperior deck, Gyarados dependent on magicarps in discard, and Psychic Lost Zone w/o the I win button.

    Pokemon: 15
    2 Suicune EX
    3 Blastoise base set
    3 Squirtle frlg
    1 Unown G guard
    1 Dark Vileplume hay fever
    1 Oddish holon phantoms
    3 Cleffa neo genisis
    1 Igglybuff neo discovery

    Trainers: 33
    4 Computer Search
    4 Item Finder
    4 Proffesor Oak
    4 Rare Candy
    2 Misty's Tears
    4 Pokemon Collector
    2 Dawn Stadium
    2 Windstorm
    3 Super Energy Removal
    2 Gust of Wind
    1 Fisherman
    1 Town Volunteers

    Energy: 12
    11 Water
    1 Warp Energy

    Strat:The deck has not been playtested, so this is all theoretical.
    -Suicune, Cleffa, or Squirtle are optimal first actives.
    -Should have a Blastoise set up, an Unown G and Oddish waiting on bench, and Suicune active by turn 1-2 and proceed to mill for waters/kos. SER in the mean time to hinder opposing set up and hopefully prevent snipes
    -turn 3-4 Dawn Statium and then Dark Vilplime once collected most energies and ready to lock down
    -Iggly tech

    Concerns:
    -Suicune giving up an extra prize
    -The efficiency and speed of the decks set up (with many basics, the potential to be stuck with terrible first turn actives)
    -Oddish and babies getting sniped
    -Reverse Stream being unable to otk inflated prime pokemon and suicune being unable to avoid revenge kills
    -Does the deck have a glaring weakness to any archtype that I do not know of?
    -Are there any changes that could possibly increase set-up speed and consistency?

    Run more waters, cut some...idk really. More waters tho.

    Any additional information I could include to recieve more detailed feedback?
    Windstorm was just a tech for crystal locking me out of rain dance.
    -1 Windstorm
    -1 SER
    +2 Water

    ?

    Also, could you elaborate on your reasons for why I should include more waters?

    May I ask what your reason for increasing energies was?
    I see :
    -Increasing Reverse Stream dmg and otk likelyhood
    -Being able to safely use SER
    -Having more leeway in case of emergency to give energies to Cleffa/Oddish and not gimping Suicune's ohk potential

    The more insight the better.

    a. Increasing Revere Stream mainly. 11 is a bit low.

    Looking at it, yes that is very low.
    If some were to get stuck in prizes or on a baby/anything other than Suicune, its ohk potential is gone.
    And Vishnu knows I fear getting revenge killed by a machamp prime.
