play some crystal beach,4 energy removal, 1 magby genesis for muk, 2 roseanne, 4 lass
 
If you're going to play Cleffa you have to play 4, and if you do then play 4 Lass instead of Fastball. If you don't play cleffa, then put in 2 Oracle (skyridge) instead.
 
Playing Blastoise with no Wartortles is very dangerous in an environment where some would argue (I agree) that Vileplume EX is the best deck.
 
I have heard that from a lot of people. About Vileplume ex... I've never seen one, so... I honestly don't even know what the deck looks like.
