Until the end of a turn

When exactly happen things that are triggered when en effect "until the end of a turn" ceases (like Shadow Stitching or Hex Maniac) ?

if I understood previous posts well :
Answer given here says "before the between-turns phase".
Answer given here says "during the between-turns phase".

Could you clarify ?
Is there something like an "end of turn phase" ?

That's not exactly what is being said.
It's a bit tricky, because you are looking at an edge case.
Between the between, so to speak.

The effect ends right at the end of the turn and before the "between turn", so things triggered by it turning back on have to fall into the between turn phase. For the second ruling, the important part was that the KO did not happen "during the turn". That was the point of that ruling.
