Ok...

Kempton Park is not Thorpe Park.

The venue is "locked" (so will not change)

Date will also will now not change. The date change unfortunatly had to occur due to the change in venue.

Register at [email protected] ONLY.

Thanks

sigh whenever i go on Rac or google maps and type in that address, nothonig turns up.

Also, will the format be DP-Pt?

Good question.

It would be nice to have this settled in advance. It will be a nightmare if the new set is released just days before Nationals and people are trying desperately to get the new cards in time. Also pretty unfair on people who don't buy boxes or have the right contacts.

Do we even have a release date for BET yet? Do we even have the English set name?

Do you really want to face cards released a couple of days before Nats? Card that might have loads of dodgy rulings that haven't been decided yet?

Not everyone reads spoilers, and they shouldn't have to either.

I guess it's one way of making sure everyone goes to prereleases ;)

Don't you mean DP-BET.
I think they should make ET legal for nats, it sure would make things alot more interesting

Just to clarify

From Policy....

16. New Pokémon TCG Releases
Expansion sets are expected to be released on a regular schedule, averaging four new sets per calendar
year. Cards from these new releases are made legal for tournament play the day that the set is released
for regular retail sale in a rating zone, and not before.

So if the street legal date (The date you can by the set from the shops) is before May 16th, yes this will be legal for the Nationals. If it is not - no it won't be.

Urgh, I really hope BET isn't released days before nationals. Its unfair on alot of people, and doesn't give enough time to test.

Even if it doesn't become legal before nats there are still alot of playable decks out there, most better than other. All the more reason to wins nats eh =P then when worlds arrives it will be epic with all the new decks!!

venomex - could you confirm please that preregistration does not need to be repeated for Nationals? Will food be pre-arranged as before, or will players need to make arrangements for lunch? Also, is there a limit to the number of guests players can have with them (there was for Thorpe Park). Thanks Chris.
