Urgent Origins Questions

I would like a kind answer (no BS, please) to the following:

1) I'd like to verify that Origins has received my forms and that there's a badge waiting with my name on it (I won a state). Who should I call? What's the number(s)?
2) I won a state and got 2nd at another. Does the person who I chose to give the 2nd badge that I won have a reserved 'event ticket', as do I?

I have been trying to find out also. I can't get anyone from origins to return calls.
