Vilplume Trouble

Eevee-X here, I have recently come in second place at citys with a charizard/heatran deck. I would have won if my opponent hadent used vileplume. Anyone have tips to avoid vilplume?

Are you using Blaziken Pl? Because Blaziken Fb lvl X will make good work of vileplume, Although it didn't work too much for me.
 
Pretty much just the Blaziken FB or less trainers. Not many ways around it, and if you're already using Heatran X, then Blaziken FB X could drag up the vileplume and the burn damage will drag down the damage til you can OHKO with vapor kick
