Nice card, retreat is awfully high and if those virus energies are special energy then the card might be a bit unplayable. 
The attack is quite broken since it affects their energy and would combo well with something that could power you back up immediately (Blastoise, unlimited).
Looks like it came from the Trauma Center series or something, lol.

Yup, they're special energy cards. Virus pokemon have low HP and high retreat costs. They also have disrupting attacks.

i dont like the font, and maybe making the coloring a bit less difficult to see would help too, but 4 energy for 70 is pretty bad, even if you can discard everything.

First off the color mixture would kill a colorblind xD second off the card it self isnt bad the image is good but the rest of the card looks like vomit... Im not trying to be insulting Im just saying that the colors dont work well togethor..

Ah, yes.. the colors... The problem is this about my colors... On my computer, everything is way way darker. So instead of seeing that crazy bright blue and pinkish-red I see black... My moniter is missing a pin from its cable, hopefully if I ever get a new moniter I can fix these issues...
