Hey there i need some help on this deck, i think it has some good potential
(not a world's winning one , but.) i guess it'd be fun to play with it.

    pokes:(14)

    3 wailmer (dp4)
    3 wailord (dp4)
    2-1-2 swampert (dp4)line
    3 manaphy (pop6)

    trainers (29)

    4 super scoop up
    3 switch
    1 warp point
    4 professor oak's research
    2 steven advice
    2 full heal
    4 power plus
    3 rare candy
    4 celios
    2 great ball

    energy (17)

    2 dre
    2 scramble
    13 water

    strategy:

to get manaphy in the start make bench, then attack
going to bench then move energies with swampert...hopefully to wailord...

    Swampert only moves energy around.
Togekiss let's you 'filter' energy from your deck.

    It's your choice.

    but swampert hits harder....

well, this is not a fast status deck... but if you think so, for
velocity togekiss would be the first choice...

I just noticed that you have 4 Super Scoop Up's.
You can take something out and put in a 2-1-1 Togekiss-ish line since with Super Scoop Ups you can scoop Togekiss and use Serene Grace again.

    It's risky, but it's just a thought.
Think of it as a Tech.

It's when you have two basics, one stage one, and two stage twos. n.n

Or you could play Swampert with Ryperior (DP 1). Then you can discard with Swampert's attack and Rhyperior's poke-power.
