Wanna see how Dragon-EX cards look here

I am a little confused. I thought the new Dragon Pokemon were weak to Colorless. Mabye I have gotten the translations mixed up, or something. Just was curious because I saw that there was no weakness on the Salamence or Flygon.

Eh, just something I was thinking about. I was JUST about ready to start a strategy article on how Zangoose could become a staple if Dragon Pokes get big (assuming they were Colorless weak). Zangoose hitting Colorless weak Evos for 120...oops...

They normally are. For some reason, the Salamence and the Flygon that appeared in the mini-decks aren't (and that's what those two cards are) but IIRC the other Salamence and Flygon cards are indeed weak to colorless and so are Latios ex and Latias ex from the minidecks, and other dragons.

Your translations arent mixed up. You're probably thinking of Dragonite ex. He is the first colorless pokemon to have a colorless weakness. Why? I dont know. Maybe its becasue he is Pokemon-ex.

Bad news is the worst attack in history! THAT is seriouly broken. It wouldn't be bad if it was "shuffle the cards into deck", but DISCARD?!?!?! EVIL!

The name of the attack really suits it purpose. I imagine players using this after Copycatting 6+ cards and using BAD NEWS and see their faces while discarding cards in your opponent's hand......

You are all overreacting. Realistically, how many players are going to use Absol? How much advantage would an Active Absol give them? Who wouldn't just try to be prepared all the time as soon as they saw an Absol on the bench?

I don't think Absol will have a huge impact - it will just be an above average Basic Pokémon for Darkness decks who can afford Darkness Energies for it.

go flygon!!!! i've been waiting so long! he is actually [retty good, well, if u play :lightning :grass: together, and it could work. man, flygon is just c00l.

very cool, I cant wait to get them for the Prerelease next month. It is only three weeks away for the one in Salt Lake City :D

Put that together with some :fire: and a Rayquaza ex:

RAYQUAZA-ex [100 HP] (Basic Colorless Pokemon)
[C] Super Retrieval (0 Damage)
Flip a coin until you flip a tails. For each heads, take 1 basic Energy
card from your discard pile and attach them to (Rayquaza? Your
Pokemon?).
[RL] Dragon Burst (40x Damage)
Discard either all Fire or Lightning energy attached to Rayquaza-ex or
this attack does nothing. This attack does 40 damage times the number
of Fire or Lighting energy discarded in this way.
WEAKNESS: COLORLESS
RESISTANCE: WATER/FIRE
RETREAT: CC
47/54 Ultra-Rare #200 [Hikaru Koike]

Well, that is also the general notion of other cards that are not very used. Yet, they are sometimes a surprise for the opponents which sometimes give victory to the one who uses it. IMO Absol is no exception.

That first attack on Absol rules!!! And who ever said to put it on the bench? Play it during setup, and discard away. Especially after they start using Delcatty's power, it's useless practically with Absol.
