If you're doing a Regional Report (or any event, really), state which event it was at the beginning of the report. Not everyone knows everyone, or even if they do, they don't necessarily know which event you went to.
Reports are not just for your close friends. They're for the entire community.
And if you want to keep your deck secret, fine. At least mention your main hitter. That's not a secret anymore, right? A list of 6 rounds with just first names and "I won, I lost, It was a nailbiter, but I won..." is not worth people's time in reading.
