I'm SUPPOSED to be doing homework now....I'll send PMs out with Read Receipts. People don't have to post role received. So long as I get a read receipt saying they opened and read their PM from everyone, I'll start the game in the mean time. EVERYONE make sure you have room in your PM box.

Just wanted to remind people that you don't have to post to confirm role received.

I didn't get a "read" receipt wanted alert and it appears several others didn't either.

Should we ask for the signatures to be disabled for this thread like it is for CotD? It is a way to communicate as well.

I'll second waynegg's call to remove signatures from this thread. I will certainly uncheck the "show your signature" radio button when I post.

Day 1 can spark a lot in a good game. Discussion will lead the game. Seeing how people respond to others getting framed and getting framed themselves will help a lot. Random voting certainly helps, but only if it is in depth. "IDK don't vote" is dumb as it gets nothing done. "IDK kill person X" is much better as at least it lets people discuss who is getting voted for. It may kill someone good, but it'll help let us know who is playing aggressively, and what-not.

This I'll leave to the players. If you guys want to remove your signitures, by all means do it. I certaintly see the benifts to it, but I won't enforce it or make it a rule with punishments for not following.

On a final note: 38/41 roles confirmed. 3 people left.

If there is no Night 0 then Vote: Nobody is by no means an unusual play. It's the standard play on one major Mafia website. I am unsure, however, as to how this forum would respond to that suggestion once the game has started and all people have read their roles.

Absoltrainer, are you giving us a setup overview or are we going to have to figure that out for ourselves? I'm not really expecting one now that we're midway through role PMs, though.

There will be a "Day 1 Beings" post that might shed some more info. It will officially begin Day 1 and the game.

I'd like to ask that everyone stop discussing the game and day 1 too much, especially stuff like Vote Nobody, Basically if TOO much discussion gets going, than it's as good as Day 1 starting which hasn't happened yet. This isn’t directed to you Napoelon, so much as to people who want to respond to you. There's only 3 people who haven’t confirmed their role. So we shouldn't have to wait much longer, but until then, don't really expand on the subject please. Nothing bad has been said yet, but discussion shouldn't start until the game begins.

There's no problem with asking questions about the game, but please restrain from discussing strategy and other similar topics until the game starts.

Thanks.

i tried to look up 'werewolf game online' in google to find some pre-game practice. Then I realize that in a post-twighlight world, that aint gonna end well :/
