How early is too early to be reformatting for upcoming new format?
Reformatting? Like resetting your Pokemon games?
Why would you do that for an upcoming format? Wouldn't you want to keep all of your resources and things so that you can use them on getting the new format up and running?
Only reason I could see to reset is for once-off TMs, but since B&W have reusable TMs...
I was talkin bout refomatting for the 2011-2012 pokemon season.
How DO you 'reformat' for Pokemon TCG anyway?
Get rid of your rotated cards?
Only build decks with what's legal next season?
Either way, you can't do anything meaningful until the rotation is announced. (It's not wise to listed to people's BS guessing about what it would be. Almost no-one predicted MD-on. If someone claims they did, I want to see a link that proves it).
Anyway, all the while you are planning to go to tournaments in this format, concentrate on that. There's tons of time to 'reformat' (whatever that even means) once you know what the next format is. We haven't even had the major tournaments of MD-on yet.
I think It'll be PL-on. Remove 3 sets, and keep all of Platinum in rotation.
That or RR-on because it gets rid of SP as well
