Ya, my oregon states starts at 8:30, what time would it roughly end?

Rounds are usually 40 minutes at Premiere events. How many rounds? It depends on how many people show up.
Of course if you make it to the single elimination rounds, those are usually an hour.

Most likely. However, if you don't make it to the single elimination rounds (or choose to drop out before this happens) you should most certainly be done before 6:30. Keep in mind that many PTOs give the players lunch breaks, so you have to take that into account to, in addition to the time of the rounds (and any time in-between rounds when pairings/standings are being posted). Whenever you go to a Premiere Event: however long you plan on being there, bump it up by 20% and plan accordingly.
