Garchomp G X takes all of the damage counters on ur pokemon and puts them on ur opponents. So Luxray puts 30 on ur bench then u just switch them.

Um, no it doesn't. Last time I checked, Garchomp simply healed your SP pokemon, it had no moving effect.
 
It was Blaziken FB/Luxray GL with a Garchomp tech. He just didn't have anymore draw during his game and couldnt do anything because of Machamp.
