You cant have perpetual Prof Birch's every turn. You gotta pay SOME price to get to draw! That was the only saving grace (to keep it from being completely broken) to the holon engine in that most card required a discard.

I know, I was just hoping that the putting cards on the bottom would be optional, not mandatory. I was kinda hoping for an improved Porygon 2 DS, in a way. Meh, he's still good, I'll just have to keep his restrictions in mind when using him.

I'm almost positive I saw PokePop say somewhere it was a requirement to put at least 1 card back.
Under WotC 0 was an acceptible number.
It has since been clarified that it is not.
