Whiscatch

Hello, and good (insert time of day here) to you.
I was looking through my cards and noticed that in the japanese dragon set, Whiscatch was rare, while the american one was uncommion. This was probably planned, but are there any other cards that rarities have changed? Besides promos, i mean. Any feedback is appreciated, and if this was already disscussed, then accept my apoligies.

Yeah America changed a lot of the Japanese rares from the sets, Pelipper from Dragon was Rare in Japan but Uncommon here. Don't know why they did it, they wouldn't be that good as rares anyway
