Who can use Wide Lens?

I'm terribly disappointed by the compendium ruling that says Wide Lens won't let you apply weakness if the attack explicitly says not to. My view is that text was put there as a reminder of the "general rule," not as a specific caveat for each attack. How great would it be if you could use Magnezone EX to KO two Shaymin-EX simultaneously, for example (assuming you found a way to get 2 damage counters on them first)? Or to take down Zubat in one hit with Landorus-EX?

So, the question is--what are the Pokemon that can actually benefit from Wide Lens? If you know of any attacks that don't explicitly say not to apply weakness, please reply!

so in your example of magnezone Ex that is reminder text so wide lens would allow it to hit weakness/resistance, noivern, weezing Pls, spinda, gliscor Ros can also take advantage of wide lens.

the compendium entry covers attacks like gardevoir Ros telekinesis attack that says "this attack does 50 to one of your opponent's Pokémon. This attacks damage isn't affected by weakness or resistance."

the bold part is what wide lens is looking for, the other pokemon I mentioned just have reminder text and so can use wide lens.
