Why don't we use a time clock similar to chess in major tournaments?

    I've noticed that issues like stalling a game happens fairly often. Why don't we use a time clock, like in chess, where the time allocated is split between the two players and you lose the game if you use up all the time allocated to you. I think it would be fair and it would solve the issue of stalling.

    What do you guys think? :psychic:
