Don't know if it works, but this deck is all about abusing Garchomp lv.X's Restore.

---------
Pokemon
---------

4-2-2-2 Garchomp and lv.X - Restoring attacker.
2 Dusknoir DP - Good P-Power and revenge attacker.
2 Kabutops MD - Stops Trainer card and good attacker.
2 Ampharos SW - Supporter Punisher, works great with Kabutops Active.
2 Claydol GE - No explaination needed.
2 Alakazam MT - Stops P-Powers and helps discarding.
2 Lunatone - Helps discarding.

Total: 20

---------
Trainers
---------
4 Felicity's
2 Windstorm
3 Master Ball
2 Dusk Ball
3 Bebe's Search
1 TSD
2 Night Maintenance
2 Premier Ball
3 Rare Candy

Total: 23

--------
Energy
--------
3 Basic Metal
3 Basic Grass
5 Basic Fighting
5 Basic Psychic

Total: 16

Strategy:
Get out Garchomp lv.X asap while also getting Lunatone on the Bench.
Then, find and discard a Alakazam and Claydol and Restore them with any Energy you might have already discarded.
Attach Metal and Grass Energy to Garchomp to deal with the like of Kabutops and Glaceon.
And so on and so on with the rest of the cards.

-1 Ampharos
-1 Dusknoir

+2 Baltoy

You really depend on getting early Garchomp Lv.X here, but you won't succeed consistently without any setup help. Especially Kabutops pwns this deck hard if you don't have Claydol.

1-0-1 alakazam maybe 2-0-2 to insure its not prized, drop ampharos and lunatone, play rotom

play 2 baltoy drop chomp to 3-2-3-1 or 3-2-2-2

try to fit in pachi

I've been runing a Garch x deck for a while, and trust me, you only have enough time for 1, maybe IF YOUR LUCKY, 2 restores. Try not to rely on it TO much by running a few of the neaded basics. Discard everyone, but only restore the ones you nead.
