Windows 8 and Windows 8.1

I recently got a touchscreen laptop running windows 8. I have had no issues with PTCGO. Until recently when I've upgraded to windows 8.1 in which my game consistently crashes mid-game. I can't figure out why. I have no other programs/apps running. I've uninstalled/re-installed PTCGO and I still have the same issue.

Has anyone experienced this? If so, what did you do to correct the problem?

I've contacted support and they told me that they do not support windows 8. PTCGO works for some and not for others.

I think I've found a solution. I changed the performance settings from 'Great' to 'Fastest'. I've played through two consecutive games without it crashing. I hope this helps someone else.

The solution didn't work. I crashed two consecutive times midgame. *sigh*

It may be a issue with Windows 8.1 and PTCGO. You may have to wait for a update to the game. I'm running 8.1 and have not tried playing PTCGO. It also could be you need to update your GPU drivers as well.

I can confirm that the issue is PTCGO is not working correctly with windows 8.1. I check the support forums and they don't have a fix yet.

I used to play online all the time, but I have not been able to since I installed Windows 8.1 either. I really hope it gets fixed soon, as I miss playing.

I also have had issues with 8.1 and PTCGO crashing.

When I log in and try to go view my packs (I keep six each of all legal sets at all times) it will immediately crash. I can however process codes and go to packs from the marketplace and it doesn't crash.

Hope the software team can find a fix soon.
