Winner Oran Berry Question.

I recently obtained a copy of Oran Berry WINNER Promo for my WINNER set.
And the WINNER stamp is printed on the card instead of stamped like all of my other Winner cards.
Also, the stamp is not holofoil like all of my other Winner promos. Since I only own one, I find it strange, and am wondering if all of the Oran Berries were printed this way?

The Oran Berry is on the left compared to the Combusken on the right. (Which has the normal stamp.)

Even the jumbo version of the card has it printed on there.
