Wolds: Grinder (LCQ) and Prerelease questions

Does anyone know yet:

1. How long the rounds will be in the LCQ? (I realize its best 2 of 3)

2. If there will be DEX prereleases held there?

Can't find info on either.

2. I'm assuming you mean Dragon's Exalted. Typically there are prereleases held at Worlds.

It was 45 minutes last year, so if you're as pessimistic as I am, I'd assume the same.

60 minutes+3 turns AND you need 10 PP.

'beach probably confused Play! Pokemon Points and Championship Points. It is somewhat easy to do.
