Worlds Decks for league?

If the League Leader allows the decks then you can use them at League. However, the reason you have the option is not because League can use an Unlimited format, but rather because League is not sanctioned. The Worlds Decks cannot be used in sanctioned tournaments, no matter what the format.

Thank you for enlighting me.
Does that mean that people using World Champ cards will be asked to remove these cards??

In a sanctioned tournament, World Championship cards are illegal, so you would have to replace them before you started the tournament. If they are discovered after the tournament starts, you would have to replace them with Basic energy cards and would receive a penalty.

For example, because my league is mostly getting the players ready for cities and states, etc, I don't allow worlds decks cards, the players would have to replace those cards for real copies.
