Is there a PDF form of the worlds information packets? Both the one for the competitor and that other one.

The postmark date for the National Winners that have won an invite and travel award is July 12th. If you don't have the paperwork postmarked by that date you could lose your travel award or will be obligated to pay the difference in airfare costs. If you lost your paperwork, you will need to email [email protected] and request additional copies.

For any Gym Challenge winners that have not submitted their paperwork and plan to attend, you may do so, but you will be responsible for paying the additional cost in airfare.
