Let's share links to the various Worlds reports that appear all over the internet at the moment! They might not be in a language you can read, but it's always fun to see photos, brackets/rankings etc. :)

This is a terrific idea. Along these same lines, there was a Japanese TV crew at Worlds that did a lot of filming and interviewing. Does anyone have links to the broadcasts?

I love seeing the flags with the players on each age groups T16 on the 4th link (aug 22). i truly shows what an international event it was, esp. in MAs.

    Thx Tego

Lol yeah. Me and 2 others were the only non-North Americans in the T16.

It was really cool though. Seeing so many countries together in one place. :)

Note that they messed up Gino's path on the bracket in this picture.

Tego, I am looking for video footage and/ or pictures of any of the Juniors Top 32 matches. I know there were atleast 3 or 4 Japanese parents recording their kids. Do you or anyone know how to get ahold of them or any other links, email addresses.

Anyone with info please pm me. Thanks. Worlds was awesome, can't even describe the excitement and adrenaline at Worlds.

    Thanks again

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

I only have a website address, cannot seem to find a link for the actual footage my son was interviewed. It is too difficult to find a link without a translation. www.shopro.co.jp Hope this helps.

    Heatherdu and others:

Yesterday's episode of Pokemon Sunday, a show on TV Tokyo made by the production company ckiddrck linked to in the post above me, featured some footage from the interviews at Worlds.

Just fast-forward to 6:32 on this clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBnjB1AvXbM&feature=related

My brother Emil is the featured Norwegian. :) Anyone else here recognize their siblings, kids etc? =)

    thats it? =/

the crew filmed tons of things, and basically the only thing they show is an interview with (no offense Eskil) a random kid talking about banette.

nothing about the World Champs, decks, play area, nothing (unless what is on youtube is not everything from the episode)

    boo.
