From personal experience, I'd recommend sending the cards in just a plain envelope, but obviously with the cards in toploaders. The reason for this is that it seems to get here much quicker (sometimes
only days), and is cheaper for you. Also, it doesn't get stuck up by customs as much, again making it arrive earlier.
If you are going to go through the route of using a jiffy bag/other means, then please give the package a low value on it, otherwise I have to pay customs, which has already cost me $100+ just for 2 packages. In future (excluding all current sales) if I have to pay £40 for customs again, I will expect some compensation from the buyer, unless I know it wasn't their fault (e.g. Viva Pinata).

Actually my prices are all below Trollandtaods and pretty much even with average prices on ebay.
 
It's about $2 below T&T, but you included $2 shipping, so it works out about the same.
