XxShininG_CelebIxX back with a new card for you.
It's been a while since I posted a card because I am busy with school and I was so dry out of ideas.
Today I give you Sceptile ex from ADV4/EX1.
I know that someone already did this card, but I had it done last night and didn't get a chance to upload it and post it.
