Hey Pokemon Players.

What a great group between the lakes. From Detroit to LaGrange.
Farbsman has put on a great year of Pokemon. Id like to thank him for all the efforts.
I's also like to thank the players. You guys and gals have made events wonderful this year.
2005 looks to be exciting.
Its because of all the great people, TO's , Players, League leaders and Judges that this has been such a fun activity for my family.
Thanks folks

Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all.

Also if your traveling look for a league near your destination. Take advantage of the game and go meet new people. Its a great activity.

Hey Rich
Nice post. Lets see......

I am thankful for:

1) PUI breathing life in the game.

2) Sands our long time Pokeshaq TO. What would we do without you?

3) This new TO in our area who gave us premier events at the pokeshack...Can't remember his name .....

Wait, I know, it's you Rich! Great job and thanks!

4) Long time PTOers Dayton Gym Leader and Farbsman. You both have run some super tournes this year. Thanks for running these great events and keeping the game alive here in the upper midwest!

5) All the friends that I have met thru the years playing pokemon. Merry Christmas to all of you!

Amen to all of that, and a couple of additions...

Broken Lizard for keeping Pokemon alive in an area where the main Pokemon store doesn't care.

David Coleman II and III for rejuvinating the Chicago-based Pokemon scene.

As well as everyone involved in trying to breathe some life back into this game, this is the most fun year I've ever had as a player in this game, and it only looks to keep getting better.

Merry Christmas Rich and to your boys also from the East Side Pokéshack! .

Merry Christmas to you Rich, and your sons. ^^

I'd like to give a little holiday thanks to all my friends out there, you know who you are shackers. ^^

I'd also send out a little holiday cheer to PUI, for the neato Holiday Cards, and for bringing such life back into the game, with all the premier events out there, and all the reward programs for it's players, it really shows that they are trying to reach out to all the players out there.

Also, a special little thanks goes out to Sands, our awesome TO of the Shack, because if it wasn't for you, I probably wouldn't be playing Pokemon anymore. More thanks goes out to Dayton Gym Leader and DaytonPokeMom, and Farbsman, for brining Michigan and the surrounding states, some excellent premier event.

2004 was an great pokeyear for me, and I only hope it gets better in 2005.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year to everyone.

I Am Thankful For GymLeaderBlane (Tymon), making some of the best attendances for OP.
Unfortunatly, he moved right after the EX:Team Rocket Returns Prereleace.

I Am Also Thankful For Andrea Sargent For Filling In For Tymon, and doing a great job of that.

Thanks to Nintendo,The Pokemon Company, etc. for some great times.

Thanks For Utahs Judging Staff (Witch i am on). these guys are great people, who are always on the ball When it comes to rulings. NOT on the ball when it comes time to split the check for pizza.

Merry Christmas Everybody, And I Hope To See Ya'll At Worlds (If I Make It)

I am thankful that I was given a chance in the 15+, as opposed to being under WotC with no career opportunity :(

Since Rich is running them, does that mean I don't have to do them anymore? Hey Rich, I am sending you all the bills from now on.

Little late but Happy Holidays to everyone!!

OOPS

That would be Derek !!
But I would take credit to assuring him assistance if he ran the events at the Shack. As long as we have reliable persons working as his team we can be assured of the best available tournaments in SE Michigan.

Dont let it be lost that Matt and Mr. Foisy have secured the place and got all the extra tables and chairs etc.....

Farbsman
I did mention you in my post as well. I am sorry if you are offended. My bad.

Rich
I am also referring to other events that you have TO'd. That would be ocasional shack modified events and the tecumseh modified league tournies. It just gives us Michigan players more options close to home. And from the ooutside, it appears that you played a role, however minor a role, in bringing Farbsmans' to the shack.

it helps my ranking to TO Shack events instead of playing at them...........

way to many good players here

what I need is someone to come down and sanction my monthlys so i can play against the swarm of kids in tecumseh and boost my ranking :)

I am excited about this springs line up of events. There should be lotsa fun at the shack and in the area this summer for the regions players.
