Well, I went to the Niles, IL Gym Challenge with my Swampert/Suicune EX/Magneton/Dragonite EX deck.
Round one: Me Vs. Muk EX Sceptile
I get lucky with a quick marill KO, but it's all downhill from there.

Round two versus...beats me
No, really, he beat me.

Round 3 versus: Who knows?

Round 4 versus: Blazitrash
Finally, things turn around. I manage to get a full arsenal of water pokemon out and swamp his poor Blazikens (literally). Funny moment at the end where I realize I can KO dunsparce with my Suicune EX.
1-3
Round 5 vs. Tyranitar/Absol
This guy's strategy is to deck me out. Unfortunately for him, his strategy allowed me to get 10-12 energy on my side. Magneton did the rest.
2-3
Final round Vs. Blaziken/Raquazza
I spend forever looking for a crystal shard while he looks for a lightning. I manage to get Dragonite EX ot and squash his Rayquaza, then everything else.

So there I am, smack dab in the middle-neither bad nor good. After swiss I go to Bennigan's for dinner. Then I come back and do a few interviews (which will be on PIRN).
