Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

You'd think if we spend 4.00 a figure that they would at least work.

If these can't deal with adult players spinning them, how are they supposed to hold up to little kids spinning them?

I just found the TFG pachages for the first time at Walmart the other day. I bought myself the Fire start set (the one with Charizard) and six of those shown / hidden figure packs. All of them came out mint. None of them were broken (which made me really happy; espeically when I was going through the packs and one of the shown Lugia figures was compleatly off the stand, I left that one on the shelf).

You aren't the only one this has happened to though. A lot of the adults I know that have the figs are having problems with them breaking. They need to be stronger!

One thing they could have done was made the thing that holds the spinner on alittle bigger so it would be harder to break....

We had one come out of the package broken (Abra) but it was the pin so it was not visible. We had a Mudkip break too the first time that we used it. I feel that it has a very weak point where the tail meets the body. I really think that it was probably cracked or damaged in the packaging but finally fell off when we tried to use it the first time.

Customer service has offered to replace the one about which I contacted them but now my dilemma is how to ship it back. It's probably going to cost me the $4 to package it and take the time to go to the post office, etc.

My husband is concerned that gluing them to fix them will alter the weight/balance and therefore spinning which probably doesn't matter when my kids play each other but could definitely be a problem if we ever do get to have tournaments, etc.
