that is correct, there did use to be 4 Blue-Eyes. Kiaba kidnapped Yugi's grandpa and dueled him. Kiaba won and ripped Grandpa's Blue-Eyes in half(Grandpa taped in pack together though).

Yeah, we see the 4th BEWD in afiller episode immediately after Duelist Kingdom. Rebecca, the young super duelist from America comes to Yugi and claims the card is hers.
