Zoroark Vs Arceus LVX

Hi there,

I play an Arceus deck, and I had an active Arceus LV.X (Omniscient) on top of a :dark: Arceus. On my bench are the :grass: Arceus, :colorless: Arceus, :fire: Arceus, :fighting: Arceus, and :lightning: Arceus.

My opponent's turn begins by evolving his active Zorua to Zoroark, and playing Double Colorless Energy.

He declares the attack, Foul Play.

Now here's the question- What will Foul Play do?

I understand that the benched Arceus are a moot point- Arceus LV.X gains those attacks through his pokebody, which Zoroark cannot copy. Dos the LV.X rule enable Zoroark to use the attacks of the previous level (In this instance, Prize Count) or will Zoroark fail to do an attack because Arceus LV.X has no printed attacks, only two Pokebodies?

The LV.X bar on Arceus declares that LV.X may use the attacks of it's previous levels, but not that it has them and that is where my confusion is.

Thanks!

If you check out various rulings on Level Xs, you'll find that when in play, you treat the Level X and the card it leveled up from as one card/Pokemon, for game purposes.

So Zoroark can indeed access the attacks of the basic Arceus underneath the Level X.

Which is what I think I told Bob on the phone.
You played this is Long Island, right?
