If I have a Deoxys&Rayquaza legend active, and my opponent promotes a Zoroark with Foul Play to the active position, would it be possible for my opponent to copy the Ozone Buster attack of Deoxys&Rayquaza, if the opponent's Zoroark would not have a any fire energies attached.
