[Moss Factor]

Dunno if I like 4 SSU and 2 Switch, they seem excessive. I'd find a way to get some Mary's Request in there, it just feels good.

Maybe 2 TV and 2 Mary's Request, seeing as how you should have good discarding(w/ Dump, the Birds' attacks, etc.).

Doesn't need Magcargo. More fire energy also try to fit a Rayquaza * or Moltres EX in there.

Try to fit in 2 more Lanette Net Search and maybe a TECH Rayquaza*.

Poké Ball is garbage so ditch it, max the Lanette's instead. Moltres ex is needed but Rayquaza* isn't.

Ninetales (HL) I think. If you dont have Cargo you will be pwned by Dewgong or Ninetales or any ex stopper. That is the only weak spot in zre, I think.

ok moltres isnt need the card is horrible.
Magcargo is needed. SSU isnt. Niether is switch. Run 2 or 3 warp points. Reversal is We tod did in this deck. Run 4 tvs and 3 or 4 mission. NO MARY's. (sorry moss but it doesnt make sense) 4 magas fo' sho. put in a few swoop as well. atleast 2 admin and strength charms are a must. and great ball with elms training method is a much better move than lenettes.
