Sand Reset Question

Hey, I just wanted to get a clarification on Sand Reset. I get it doesn't send pokemon or supporters back into the deck, but does it send the discard back including supporters and pokemon in there? Also I assume Lost Zone is considered out of play and thus is not shuffled back in. Thanks a bunch

No. It sends all cards in play back, your discard is not in play.

What about your hand, I'm guessing the same as the discard ruling?

The hand is not in play, so correct, same ruling as discard.
