Pretty good, could be used as a tech card for more weakness. Pretty good attack. I'll give it a 7/10.

Lucario GL has a lot going for it.
Gives SP decks a level playing field as far as Weakness is concerned.
Works like a (more permanent and re-usable) Lake Boundary, freeing up your Stadium slot for GHQ or something.
Unlike Lake Boundary, it won't trigger Electivire LV X's or Flygon's kickgym attack.
Can OHKO a fully-loaded T-tar and OHKO a Regigigas LV X with PlusPower or a Bat drop.
It's just a tech, and just for SP decks, but it's good.
7/10

it simply give an upper hand to SP deck against normal deck. Darkrai G = ohko gengar:nonono:

Lucario's Poke-BODY is amazing.... he'd combo well with Kecleon (RR)... if Kecleon had a more reliable attack.
You could toss in him with the Flying Pikachu  and/or Sunyshore City Gym in your :lightning deck.
Obviously, some SP decks might want to use the Lucario GL to level the Weakness playing field.
His attack lacks oomph. With the proliferation of low cost /high damage attacks, Combo Throw is well under the curve.
I'm giving Lucario GL... 6/10.

6/10 many Sp pokemon from the set are already x2 weak, ok tech but just a card in a card game with limited deck space.

You drop it when you need it.
PokeTurn it when you do not.
Energy Gain and Galactic Switch when you need the type advantage w/ weakness.
How is this NOT a good tech ?

A tech of brilliance! Anyway, it does take up bech space, so it's a 7/10

Wohoo, one of the cards I voted on gets picked first!
Anyways, Lucario GL I think is one of the best cards to come out in the RR set. Statwise, 80 HP is still great for a Basic, x2 Weakness to :psychic: isn't that great with decks like Gengar (and myabe Gallade 4) out and about, no Resistance, and costs a cheap :colorless to Retreat. Boundary Aura is, simply put, an awesome Poke-Body, acting exactly like a Lake Boundary. Unlike Lake Boundary though, Lucario GL is infinitely easier to search out and can't be moved out of play like a Stadium; you must either KO him (which isn't easy since he's meant to sit on the bench) or shut him down some other way, like with Dialga G Lv X (which not all decks use). By using Lucario GL, this also frees up space for you to play your own Stadium alternatives, like Galactic HQ for SP decks and the like. Lucario GL's only attack, Combo Throw, isn't that great; :metal::colorless:colorless (or :colorless less with Energy Gain attached) deals a rather weak 30+ 10 more for each Energy on the defending Pokemon. As many top tier decks use minimal energy to deal the most damage, Combo Throw just won't ever be damaging enough to make a difference most of the time.
Modified - 9/10 (A great tech for any deck that wants to deal double damage with Weakness)
Limited - 8/10 (Combo Throw isn't as bad, and Boundary Aura should help you in getting quick KOs)
Unlimited - 1/10 (Most Pokemon used here already have x2 Weakness, so it's a bit redundant)

Dialga G Lv X can't shut him, because is a SP.
A 7/10 for me.

why do people say its x2 weakness is bad, it will get it anyway with its body...
