If 1 is heads and 1 is tail, search your deck for 1 basic energy and place it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward using one of the previous effects.

The point is, if a Trainer that searches for a Basic Energy no questions asked is considered balanced enough to print (more than once), then one that searches for a Special Energy has to have a drawback. Hyper Eevee's suggestion would do it.
