Double Launcher vs. Electric Barrier

Soooo lets say that my opponents Blastoise PL uses Double Launcher and I have a Manectric PL chillin on my bench with at least 30 damage already on it. Would my opponent be able to knock out my Manectric and then go on to attack another one of my benched Pokemon, or would they lose teh chance that turn because they designated teh attack while Electric Barrier was still in play?

Manectric is not removed until the end of the attack... unlike Raichu Lv.X which is actually attacking twice, Double Launcher is a single attack and the damage placements are simultaneous. In short, Manectric's PokeBODY is still in effect.
