These are the City Championships that I will be running for this season. I am running tweleve City Championships in the States of Texas and Oklahoma. I hope that you will be able to attend some of these in your area. Roy Roberson (old man) of Oklahoma will be running a few of these for MP Birch. I am sure that he will do a great job as he has in the past when helping me with tournaments.

The Pokemon is starting to pick up starting with the "EX Team Rocket Returns" Pre-releases. And it should just keep on streamrolling on through to the "World Championships" in August 2005. :cool: Start getting those decks ready for your "City Championship". Good luck to all the Pokemon players and I hope to see you at some of these events.

I have not pursued Oklahoma that much. There are a few Tournament Organizers in Oklahoma that have told me that they are working to have more City Championships in your State. I am letting them run these City Championships. I am sure that they will do a great job.

We will have a "GBA Tournament" at each of the "City Championships".

The "GBA Tournament" rules are below:

*Entry Fee: FREE

*One Big / Single Elimination Tournament

*Legal GBA Cartridges are Ruby, Sapphire, Fire-Red, & Leaf-Green

*3-Pokemon of Level 50 or lower

*No two of the same Pokemon

*Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Mew, Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, and Celebi are banned

*No duplicate held items

*Certain Powers (Rest, Recover, ect.) are not allowed after 8 minutes into the match

*"Modified" GBA Cartridges are not NOT allowed

*Judges rulings are final

*Prizes will be determined by attendance & highest finishing player in each Age-Group will win at least one Booster Pack

Team Cook Dad here. Heather Lynch is only 14, however I think she'll be moving up this year. I wish our family could make it to San Antonio but no can do. Go back to the first post on my thread and you will see the updates for the "Oklahoma~City Championships". I have added Moore, which is this Saturday at "4th Street Boutique". This City Championship will be ran by Roy "old man" Roberson and Randy Hooks. Master Professor Birch will be in San Antonio, Texas on Saturday therefore I will not be at this CC in Moore. I know that Roy and Randy will take good care of you. Lets have a large attendance for this and all of the CCs in Oklahoma. :cool:

Added today, also is the "Oklahoma City~City Championship". It will be on January 15, 2005 at "Game Headquarters" in Oklahoma City. We had fun there earlier this year when we held the CC there for 2004. :D

It has been a great City Championship season so far. Mp Birch has done six CCs and now we have six more to go. Starting with the "Houston City Championship" on Saturday, December 11th and the "Richardson City Championship" on Sunday, December 12th. :D
