Yo! Singaporeans! Finally a prerelease since FRLG and the leaving of Clifford, our last coordinator for POP SG. Now, we have a new TO, Hansen!!

Our first OP event after changing two TOs is EX: Team Rocket Returns Prerelease Tournament

Here's the info I got from the TO:

Location:Comics Mart, 10 Jalan Serene #02-05 Serene Centre (Look out for a huge overhead highway and a McDonalds, It's quite near National JC)

Category:Limited

Cost:S$30

For the Main Tournament, each player gets (6) boosters for their entry fee to build their decks.
At the end of the tournament every player receives a (4) booster participation prize, (2) POP Series 1 boosters and (1) Prerelease promo card.

For the Theme Deck Challenge each player receives (1) Theme Deck of their choice and (2) boosters for their entry fee.
At the end of the tournament every player receives a (4) booster participation prize, (2) POP series 1 boosters and a Prerelease promo card, just like with the Main Tournament.

Additionally:
1) We have made up EX Team Rocket Returns pins to be awarded to the first place winners in the Main Tournament.
2) The Main Tournaments are sanctioned events that earn the players rating points.
3) Theme Deck Challenge events are non-sanctioned events do NOT earn the players rating points

3) how come u are only one who get the email whereas the others did not

I know we have O'levels Chinese on 1st Nov and u are having O'level pract now. Organized Play (http://op.pokemon-tcg.com/tournaments/tournaments_detail.asp?tournament_id=410000409) website also have an update last sun, i think PUI will process by Tue. The event should be able to be found under Pokémon International EX: Team Rocket Returns Prereleases Event locator (http://op.pokemon-tcg.com/events/event_locator.asp?event_type=9&location=international). Clifford has left and that explains the lag time in OP events and your disbelief. I have gotten a JC guy to come and I hope to see pika_hie and leo there. If you don't belief me, you can mail the TO who's address is found on the OP tournament Details (http://op.pokemon-tcg.com/tournaments/tournaments_detail.asp?tournament_id=410000409). So see ya there then.

2)Comics Mart website was updated btw this morning and noon(i saw this at 1.45 pm Singapore Time GMT+0800).

3)The reason I'm informed was that after previous trys in contacting former TO Clifford, I have decided to e-mail one of the branches. Their staff made an attempt to connect me to the new TO, Hansen which succeeded. He informed me of putting up the news over the weekend and it did happend. So thats why I'm the only one who got the e-mail. Reason why you ain't informed may be because of Clifford hasn't hand any e-mail address of OP players to Hansen.

So ths Prerelease is promptly Official.

PS: Jess, I believe that if you send mail to the @comicsmart.com address, you may have a rejected mail. The staff has told me due to a few hops, the mail server automatically puts @hotmail.com and @yahoo.com e-mails into the bad mail list and rejects mail. If you would like to enquire, you might want to e-mail the TO himself.
