Stated by whom? So far (apparently) none of the non-premiere TOs have been contacted - or has anyone out there been asked/offered?

What I recall from last year, the TOs got a shot at some point after the PTOs had their input...

As a regular TO I ran an even tlast year & am hoping too again. As of yet I have not been contacted. It appears they are letting the PTO's have first choices before they contact the regular TO's.

The PTOs do have first run, but from what I have heard the TOs will be able to have a chance at then maybe this week is when the application will go up.

We may come to winter haven, although I have to admit, the prize incentive is now a deterring factor. But regardless, we've been working hard on establishing ourselves here, we have a strong core (4 players in worlds...) and I feel like we deserve to have a City C!

What are the dates that CC need to be held between? According to http://op.pokemon-tcg.com/events/faqs/04-05_city_champ_faq.asp they are to be held between Nov 20 '04 and Jan 23 '05.
