You should go to the VA CC thread and look there to see what's winning.

BTW, it's very foolish to ever just assume that the meta will be "all SP" or "all of this deck" etc... There may be a lot of SP, or X other deck, but I highly doubt that it will be ALL of that deck. There will probably be quite a bit of variety.

Last time I saw VA seniors, they were not using SP.

It's completely random.

Do what DarthPika said and got to the "What WON CCs" thread and just read up on what's taking the Senior Division in VA.

The GROWTH of our player base is introducing bunches of new players that are running all kinds of craziness.

The problem this presents to a seasoned tournament player is you can't build to counter ANYTHING. The new players just set up and hit you with stuff you never saw coming. Random newbie stuff Sets Up! There's always energy and there's always supporters on every turn.

I'm sorry but Pokemon kinda sucks right now. There are just too many good decks right now and u never know what to expect.
I'm not saying that I'd rather have just one deck dominate, but a good format has about 3-5 popular decks not 8-10
