1 isn't bad, but like you said, not that needed.

Then again, against Flychamp it's nice.

Either way, 1 or 0 is good and bad.

How useful do you find Mime jr? Do it on that.

An Expert Belt if you want to run one. An Expert Belt and a Switch if you want to run two.
I think that the deck needs Unown R for speed.
I disagree with your choice of putting Uxie Lv. X and the Mewtwo line in the deck. Chances are you won't get out Uxie Lv. X in most games because Shuppet will be attacking and you will be sending up Mr. Mime or Spiritomb (if you put it/them in) after you attack.
Against SP decks, Shuppet will still be your primary attacker. Keep in mind that Dialga G is more popular now than it was during Battle Roads, so Mewtwo might not be able to do much. Also, you face the task of wasting three turns of energy attachments so Mewtwo can attack. If you star with Mewtwo, then you have to draw into one of your Switches or waste two turns attaching energy to retreat it.
Lastly, if you are running a Lightning Energy and Cyrus's Conspiracy, you might want to consider a single Energy Gain for Luxray GL so you can Flash Impact if you have to.
