gyarados + luxray?

is luxray gl lv x a good tech to be included in a gyarados deck? (with 4 poke turns and 2 crobts included already)

Yes, it is a good tech. If you can find space for it, you can do a lot of stuff with it. A couple Cyrus's Conspiracy and a couple Lightning Energy might also be added for consistency in getting the Poketurns, and the energy is in case you have to attack with Luxray.
