Im confused with mantine cause i might run him in my deck.

Basic pokemon

(pokemon excluding mantine) This
power cnat be used if mantine is affected
by a special condition.

Mantine cant attack during your next turn.

1st Question
Okay it says remove 1 damage counter from 1 of your pokemon Excludin Mantine
Does that mean another Mantine cant Heal himself.

2nd Question
It also says Mantine cant attack next turn.
Does that mean i cant retreat and attk with a different Mantine.

Im really confused. :confused:

Your first question has been answered in the latest version of the Compendium-EX:
== RIPPLES (Mantine - EX:Team Rocket Returns)

Q. Since the wording of Mantine's "Ripples" power says that it excludes Mantine, can one Mantine use its power to heal a different Mantine?
A. Yes, the wording is intended simply so that Mantine cannot heal itself. (Nov 4, 2004 PUI Rules Team)

And for your second question, it is typical with an attack that says "so-and-so cannot attack next turn" that benching, switching, evolving, etc. removes that particular condition.
