water rescue vs lucky egg

if a have a floatzel gl Lv X in my bench and an active water pokemon with lucky egg attached to it and it is knocked out by damage which effect happens first? lucky egg to draw up to 7 cards or return my active knocked out pokemon and all cards attached to it including lucky to my hand?

and why that pokebody/trainer happens first than the other one?

Q. If an active Water Pokemon with Lucky Egg on it were to be Knocked Out while Floatzel [GL] Lv.X was on the bench, what would happen first - would you draw from Lucky Egg first, or would you return the cards to your hand with "Water Rescue" first?
