haunter for Gengar deck

I want to make a gengar Exp. deck(chaos move) and I want to put 1 or 2 haunter. I have to choose between exp. Haunter or Haunter fossil/LC. :confused:
Please help me to choose the best haunter!

Oh, and i like LC because of it's Pokémon Power.....

LC Haunter because of (a) Transparency (he's essentially a 50HP baby with Fighting resistance) and (b) free retreat cost.
